Return and Exchange Policy:
At Vida Food, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns:
- We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization.
- Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange a product for a different variant or flavor, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.
- The product being exchanged must be unopened and in its original packaging.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Exceptions:
- Perishable items such as spices are not eligible for return or exchange due to food safety regulations.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used unless they are found to be defective.
